Brooke Angels is Chelsea Barnes's dim-witted best friend, who doesn't get elected as a nominee of the crown queen. Brooke joins Chelsea in trying to sabotage Rosie from becoming popular and becoming Homecoming Queen. At the end, Brooke realizes that Chelsea is a jerk and is no longer her friend. She is a rivial/nemesis of Carter Mason and Rosie Gonzalez and a best friend of Brooke Angels.
