My XBOX nightmare. I have owned the game for 8 days now and have yet to experience Rocksmith 2014 in any meaningful way. When I first loaded it and tuned the guitar I went to 'Learn a Song' but was bothered by the distortion and white noise that was louder than the music at times. I tried several different guitars, a different chord and headphones. Nothing worked. On day 2 , the headphones seemed to make the distortion less of a problem so was able to try the program very briefly that evening. Since that time I have never been able to get back to the songs. It takes me to the screen to verify the tuning and it will not recognize the strings. I have recalibrated multiple times, the tuner won't recognize any of the strings, the screen where it checks tuning hangs on the A string and never recognizes it, I sometimes get a message that the guitar volume is too low and that the volume needs to be turned up (it's on 10 and very loud) and the high e string almost never works. At this point I feel I have wasted my time and money. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me get past these issues?
